Our conversation was a journey through the fascinating parallels between today’s cutting-edge technologies—AI and Quantum Computing—and pivotal moments in computing history, like ENIAC and Babbage’s Analytical Engine. As a history enthusiast and collector of 8-bit computers, I found these analogies both insightful and inspiring, reminding me of how far we’ve come and how much further we have to go.
